Powerlong Australia Holdings Pty Ltd was established in Australia in 2015 with the view of bringing high quality residential properties to the Sydney market.

To establish the Powerlong brand in Australia, there are two residential projects being launched by Powerlong Australia in 2019; Monarch in Miranda – in partnership with , a premium development consisting of 52 well-appointed apartments conveniently located near Westfield in Miranda.

Quartier in Bellevue Hill – envisaged as a new benchmark development, consists of 4 luxuriously appointed Torrens title residences located in the prestigious Eastern Suburbs area of Bellevue Hill.

About Powerlong Group

Michael, aged 60, has been an entrepreneur throughout his life. Involved in many businesses, including international trade in a diverse range of industries, including Medical Equipment, Building Materials and the Automotive Industry.

For the last 15 years, property development has been his primary focus having successfully completed over 20 projects across both Sydney and Melbourne in both Residential and Commercial Sectors.

Michael is a Director and Shareholder of Powerland Investments Pty Ltd and brings local knowledge and experience to our diversified team.


Centurion Group is a specialist Project Management consultancy led by Richard Pajor and Nick Winberg. As Directors they have held senior positions within the project management and architectural professions, contributing to multiple award winning projects in Sydney and throughout Australia.

With over 40 years' combined experience, they are responsible for the delivery of a multitude of Sydney's highest quality benchmark developments."
